The State of Oklahoma to those whose actual address is unknown and persons or other entities whose unknown heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees, assigns and/or successors are hereby notified:
An action has been filed by the United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, seeking judgment on a promissory note and foreclosure of real property located in Cotton County, Oklahoma.
Property Description:
Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 68, Temple Heights Addition to Temple, Cotton County, Oklahoma.
The plaintiff further requests the appointment of a receiver, sale of the property, determination of liens and priorities, and other relief as provided by law.
Unless you answer the Petition filed in this cause on or before October 5th, 2026, judgment may be entered against you.
Written bids may be filed and judicial sale is set for 31st day of July, 2026.
