Judge Flanagan is Rotary Program Chair David Shumpert.
May 28th the program was our very own Honorable Judge Michael Flanagan. Judge Flanagan shared a bit of his family history with us, as well as some of the professional experiences during his illustrious law career.
Judge Flanagan continues to serve our community as the Associate District Judge for the District Court of Cotton County.
