Notice is hereby given that Christopher Bateman, Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert Lewis Bateman, deceased, has filed a Return of Sale of Real Property of the following real property:
Lots Thirty-one (31) and Thirty-two (32), Block Thirty (30), WALTERS HEIGHTS, an Addition to Walters, Cotton County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
to Randy Sharp, for the total sum of $36,000.00, which sum is not less than 90% of the appraised value of $40,000.00.
Notice is further given that a hearing shall be held before the undersigned Judge of the District Court in the Cotton County Courthouse, Walters, Oklahoma, on the 1st day of June, 2026, at 2:30 o’clock p.m., for confirmation of said sale.
