COMBINED NOTICE

NOTICE TO CREDITORS; NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ADMISSION OF WILL TO PROBATE, PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, HEARING ON THE FINAL ACCOUNT, AND THE PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE AND DISCHARGE

NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estate of Michael H. Davis, Deceased, that on this date, Paula W. Davis, whose residence is 611 Slumber Pass, San Antonio, Texas 78260, filed a Petition for Summary Administration in the District Court of Cotton County, State of Oklahoma, attaching thereto an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament (“Will”) of said Deceased, praying for the probate of said Will; that Letters of Special Administration issue to Paula W. Davis; and that Letters Testamentary, if necessary issue to the same individual the Personal Representative named in said Will.

Said Petition further prays that the heirs at law, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined; that the Final Account be approved; the property of the Decedent subject to the jurisdiction of the Court be distributed; and that the Special Administrator/Personal Representative be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition.

TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE NAMED DECEDENT:

All creditors having claims against the above named Decedent are required to present the same, with a description of all security interest or other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Paula W. Davis (Special Administrator) at The Law Office of M. Todd Estes, P.C., 600 E. Taylor Street-Suite 4007, Sherman, Texas 75090, attorney for Paula W. Davis, no more than thirty (30) days following the filing of the Petition and the Combined Notice, or the same will be forever barred.

The above named Decedent died on October 29, 2020, at which time the residence address of the Decedent was 611 Slumber Pass, San Antonio, Texas 78260.

The total value of the Estate of the Decedent as set forth in the Petition is $1,055,695.00 (other than the real property owned by or in which the Decedent had an interest in Oklahoma).

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 18th day of May, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of the undersigned judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the Cotton County Courthouse in the City of Walters, Cotton County, Oklahoma has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, proving said Will, and considering all relief prayed for in the Petition presented to the Court on said date.

All persons interested may appear at said hearing.

The person receiving the notice or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at any time before the final hearing and shall send a copy of the objections to the Petitioner and the attorney for the Petitioner, or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition.

If an objection is filed prior to the final hearing date the Court will determine whether the Will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
