OERB Refund Notice
Contributors to the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) have until March 31, 2026 to file for a refund of the 2025 assessment.
Contributors to the Committee for Sustaining Oklahoma’s Energy Resources, or SOER, have until March 31, 2026 to file for a refund of the 2025 fee.
To request the appropriate refund forms, call 405-601-2851 or write to 500 NE 4th St., Suite 100, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.
Each refund request must include completed forms, a notarized refund affidavit and documentation of assessments. Requests must be postmarked by March 31, 2026.
