Oologah: May 4. Elevation is 11 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 58°F and murky. Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on grubs, hair jigs, and jigs below the dam. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait, goldfish, live shad, and shad below the dam. Paddlefish good snagging below the dam.
