The Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, November 23, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 129 East Colorado, Walters, OK.
Bill and Tamra Ables are requesting a variance on the west side setback required to build a two-car garage/shop. The shop will be situated 10 feet forward from the side build line located at 144 Thurman Drive.
Legal Description of the Property: LT 1 BLK 4 HERITAGE
Property owners within 300 feet are hereby notified of the said meeting. Comments, questions, or protests shall be directed in writing at least 10 days prior to said meeting, and be addressed to City Hall, P.O. Box 485, Walters, OK 73572. The hearing is open to the public.
