NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on the 30th day of November, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., the Cotton County Courthouse, 301 N. Broadway, Walters, OK 73572, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and ell at public auction for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interests of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interest foreclosed herein, all that certain real property located in Cotton County, State of Oklahoma, described as follows:

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ2025-25, wherein Communication Federal Credit Union is Plaintiff, and the above-styled parties were Defendants, to satisfy the judgment in the said above-described action.
The said real property has been appraised according to law at $500,000.00
Pursuant to Judgment, Plaintiff reserves the right to recall the Special Execution and Order of Sale and to cancel this scheduled sale orally, in writing, or by further order of the Court, at any time prior to sale without notice or leave of Court.
