The Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, November 23, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 129 East Colorado, Walters, OK.
Joel Gravitt is requesting a variance on the front setback required to build a carport. The carport will be situated 30 feet forward of the front build line located at 412 East Wyoming.
Legal Description of the Property: LT 9-11 BLK 42 ROSS ADD
Property owners within 300 feet are hereby notified of the said meeting.
Comments, questions, or protests shall be directed in writing at least 10 days prior to said meeting, and be addressed to City Hall, P.O. Box 485, Walters, OK 73572. The hearing is open to the public.
