PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Branch Towers IV, LLC intends to construct a communications facility at TBD South Boundary Avenue, Temple, Cotton County, Oklahoma 73568 (Latitude: 34-15-42.161 and Longitude: 98-14-37.067). The facility will include a self- support telecommunications tower with an overall height of 260 ft. and associated equipment. Branch Towers IV, LLC is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
