NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Ruth Ann Hooper, Deceased, that on the 2nd day of October, 2026, Evelyn Lucus produced and filed in the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, purported to be a duly certified copy of the Last Will and Testament of Ruth Ann Hooper, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue to the Petitioner, Evelyn Lucus, and also for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent.
Pursuant to an order of said Court, made on the 1st day of October, 2026, notice is hereby given that the 16th day of November, 2026, at the hour of 11:30 o’clock a.m. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will and determining the identity of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent in the undersigned Judge’s Courtroom at the County Courthouse in Walters, Cotton County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
