Notice is hereby given that the Town of Temple will receive sealed bids for the construction of a new office building for the Town of Temple/ Temple Utilities Authority.
The work generally includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the bidding and contract documents.
Sealed bids must be received no later than 4:00PM on 10-15-2026 at Town Clerk’s office located on the east end of the building at 201 S Commercial.
Each bid envelope must be clearly marked “Bid—Town of Temple New Office Building” and include the bidder’s name and address. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at Regular scheduled council meeting at 201 S Commercial, Monday, October 19, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
Bidding and contract documents may be obtained from Town Clerk’s office at east end of building located at 201 S Commercial.
Questions must be submitted in writing to templeclerk@pldi.net by October 14 th at 3:00 PM.
Each bid must comply with all requirements stated in the bidding documents, including contractor licensing, insurance, and certifications. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Temple reserves the authority to accept or reject any or all bids.
