NOTICE OF HEARING FINALACCOUNT, PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AT LAW, FOR DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
Notice is hereby given that JAMES WADE LOGAN, Personal Representative of the estate of LINDA LOUISE LOGAN, Deceased, has filed in this Court his Final Account of the administration of said estate and his Petition for Determination of Heirs and for Distribution of the estate. The hearing thereon has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 16th day of November, 2026, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., in the County Courthouse at Walters, Oklahoma. All persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs, legatees and devisees of the deceased determined, and the estate distributed accordingly.
