Even though the Blue Devils didn’t win, the game was something to watch. True Sportmanship was played through the game and after the game. During the game the teams supported each other with “high fives”, pats on the back, helping each other up. The ‘icing on the cake’ was the teams praying together. This shows great leadership and sportsmanship by the team and their coaches. Sports isn’t always all about winning. It is a growing and learning process the players will carry and use the rest of their lives. As a parent and spectator, it’s great to see such sportmanship! Great job Empire! Go Blue Devils!
