NOTICE is hereby given that Howard D. Choate, Personal Representative of the Estate of Linda M. Choate, Deceased, having filed in this Court his Final Acc of the administration of said estate, Petition for Distribution, Determination of Heirship, and Discharge of said Personal Representative, the hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for 11:30 o’clock A.M. on the 24th day of September, 2026, in the Courtroom of said District Court in the County Courthouse at Walters, Cotton County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs-at-law, legatees and devisees of the said Linda M. Choate, Deceased, determined, said Estate distributed and said Personal Representative discharged.
