THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THOSE WHOSE ACTUAL ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN AND PERSONS OR OTHER ENTITIES WHOSE UNKNOWN HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, TRUSTEES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNS AND/OR SUCCESSORS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED ARE: Jasper C. Randall, whether living or dead, and if dead, her unknown heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees, assigns and/or successors, if any.
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING THROUGH THE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION, UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before October 5th, 2026, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situate in Cotton County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
LOTS 10, 11 AND 12, BLOCK 68, TEMPLE HEIGHTS ADDITION TO TEMPLE, COTTON COUNTY, OKLAHOMA;
for the sum of $14,700.00, with interest, and the further sum of a reasonable amount for abstracting expense, with interest thereon until paid; examination expenses of a reasonable amount with interest per annum thereon, until paid; and the further sum of a reasonable amount, attorney’s fee, and the costs of said suit and foreclosing said mortgage lien and your interest in the subject property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as plaintiff shall elect at the time judgment is rendered, all of which you will take due notice.
