The State of Oklahoma to the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors and assigns, immediate and remote, known and unknown, and all persons claiming any right, title or interest in or to the real estate hereinafter described of Anita Carol Robertson, Deceased.
The State of Oklahoma to the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors and assigns, immediate and remote, known and unknown, and to all persons claiming any right, title or interest in or to the real estate hereinafter described of Ronald Ray Robertson, Deceased.
You are hereby notified that the Plaintiff, Tonya Mills, has filed a Petition for Determination of Heirship in the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma, concerning the following described property:
Lots Three (3), Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), in Block Forty-Five (45), Town of Randlett, Cotton County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The hearing on the Petition is set for August 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the District Courtroom of the Cotton County Courthouse, Walters, Oklahoma. Any person wishing to appear and contest the Petition must file an answer on or before the hearing date or judgment may be entered determining heirship as requested in the Petition.
