The Walters FFA Sheep & Goat show team had an incredible time attending the YGB Camp in El Reno, Oklahoma.
Our members spent two days learning from some of the best in the industry, improving their showmanship skills, gaining valuable knowledge about daily care, nutrition, fitting, and building friendships with exhibitors from across the state. The hands-on experience and leadership opportunities at camp will help our students become stronger competitors and ambassadors for the livestock industry.
We are proud of each team member for their hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Thank you to the YGB Camp staff, clinicians, and volunteers for providing such an outstanding educational experience!
Logan Everett was a member of the Reserve Grand Champion Goat Fitting Team and Keston Simpson was awarded the Live Like Rhys Ludlow Award. Congratulations, boys!
Traveling with this group and seeing their growth over the past two days has been such a wonderful experience.
