ORDER AND NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION TO ADMIT WILL TO PROBATE, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
NOW on this 6th day of July, 2026, there having been produced in this Court a Petition praying that the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent be admitted to probate and that Jeffrey G. Zachary be appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate of Patricia Ann Zachary, that the heirs of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters of Testamentary be issued to Jeffrey G. Zachary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that said Petition be and is hereby set for hearing on the 10th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 11:30 o’clock a.m. on said day in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in Walters, Cotton County, State of Oklahoma.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that notice thereof be given by publication and by mailing a copy of this Notice of Hearing Petition to all of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent as required by law.
