STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Flossie Swinford 1993 Revocable Trust, Its Unknown Trustees, Successors, and Assigns.
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the District Court within and for Cotton County, State of Oklahoma, styled as shown above. The Petition alleges that Plaintiff is the owner of the fee simple title and in possession of the following property, to wit:
Lots Twenty-five (25), Twenty-Six (26), and Twenty-seven (27), in Block Eight (8), in the Porter Addition to Walters, Comanche County, Oklahoma, as shown by the recorded plat thereof.
Plaintiff alleges that you may claim an interest therein adverse to the title and possession of Plaintiff which interest is junior and inferior to Plaintiff’s title and casts a cloud thereon. You must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on or before August 24th, 2026, or judgment will be rendered against you in the Plaintiff’s favor, quieting title in the Plaintiff, confirming her possession and decreeing Plaintiff to be the fee simple owner of said property and enjoining and barring you from thereafter claiming any interest or title therein.
