NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of an Order of the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma, made on the 12th day of November, 2025, Christopher Bateman, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert Lewis Bateman, deceased, will sell, at private sale, to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by said District Court, on or after the 13th day of July, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., of said date, at the law offices of Lai & Turner Law Firm, 2000 N. Classen Blvd. Ste. N50, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, all of the right, title and interest of Robert Lewis Bateman, deceased, at the time of his death, and all of the right, title and interest that said real estate has, by operation of law or otherwise acquired, in and to that certain real property situated, lying and being within the County of Cotton, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:
Lots Thirty-one (31) and Thirty-two (32), Block Thirty (30), WALTERS HEIGHTS, an Addition to Walters, Cotton County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
upon the following terms and conditions: Cash, upon confirmation of sale by the Court.
Bids must be in writing and must be unconditional. Bids may be left at the law offices of Lai & Turner, 2000 N. Classen Blvd. Ste. N50, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, at any time after the first publication of this Alias Notice and before the making of the sale.
