REQUEST FOR BIDS
WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS PHASE TWO
Notice is hereby given that the City of Walters/Walters Public Works Authority (Owner) will receive sealed bids in the office of the Walters City Clerk, 129 East Colorado Street/P.O. Box 485, Walters, Oklahoma 73572, until 1:30 P.M. Local Time, on the 25th day of June 2026.
The project consists of construction of a metal chemical storage building, replacement of water treatment motor control center (MCC) equipment, replacement of clarifier weir and other water treatment plant equipment and facilities at the Walters Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The physical location of the WTP is 0.7 miles north of State Highway 5 on County Road N2610.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on June 10, 2026 at the City of Walters City Council Chambers, 129 East Colorado Street, Walters, Oklahoma 73572.
Bids submitted by firms not represented at the pre-bid conference will not be considered.
