NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of JUDY MERLE REECE, Deceased, that on 12th day of May, 2026, Julie Smith filed in the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma, her petition for the appointment of herself as personal representative of said estate, that letters of administration be issued to her, and that the heirs of said decedent be determined in accordance with Okla. Stat. tit. 58, § 240.
PURSUANT to an order of said court made on the 12th day of May, 2026, notice is hereby given that the 1st day of June, 2026, at the hour of 11:30 o’clock A.M., at the Cotton County Courthouse, 301 N. Broadway, Walters, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said petition when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
