NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Patti Ann Scattergood, Deceased, that on the 8th day of May, 2026, Phillip Hart filed in the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma, a Petition for letters of Administration in the above-estate, and that Letters of Administration issue thereon to Phillip Hart as Personal Representative, and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees.
Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 8th day of May, 2026, notice is hereby given that the 28th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse in the City of Walters, County of Cotton, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
