NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Tamara Lemons, Personal Representative of the Estate of Mary Louise Draper, Deceased, having filed in this Court her Petition to Sell Real Property of said estate, the hearing of the same has been set by the Court for the 11th day of June 2026, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., at the courtroom of said District Court in the Cotton County Courthouse, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any, as to why an order, as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to the said Personal Representative to sell said real property of said decedent at either public or private sale, for the reasons and purposes mention in said Petition, as shall be judged to be in the best interest of said estate and of all the parties interest therein.
