The Daliah Garden Club of Walters in conjuction with the Cotton County Art Council are pleased to announce the Annual Art and Flower Show at the Cotton County Expo Building this Saturday May 2, from 9:00 am to 3 pm celebrating “America the Beautiful 250 Years of Our Country.”

The Art Council will have Art Work for sale and the 4-H Club will have a Concession Stand to purchase great refreshments as a fund raiser for their activities!

Patricia Watkins of the Dahlia Club says, “If you are interested in horticulture, flower displays, or if you are an art enthusiast, we invite you to come and see all of the beautiful displays we will be showing.

She also says, “club members have been hard at work growing their plants and flowers all year and are anxious to show them off. The Art Council will be painting throughout the day and there will also be a wood carving demonstration for you to see.”

Go out and see what activities are happening in our community and maybe join one of the clubs! It’s fun learning while making new friends!

This will be open to the public free of charge so come on out and see all of the amazing things going on!
