ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that Denise Willeen Willingham Dodson and Rebecca Sue Willingham, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Shirley Jean Willingham, Deceased, have filed in this Court their Final Account of the administration of said estate and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 18th day of May, 2026, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable Michael Flanagan in the Cotton County Courthouse, 301 North Broadway, Walters, Oklahoma, be and the same is hereby appointed as the time and place for hearing of said Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge, when and where any person interested in said estate may appear and make objection to any of the above matters.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that notice by publication and mailing be given according to law to all persons interested in said estate to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs, devisees, and legatees determined and said estate distributed, and the Co-Personal Representatives discharged.
