NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS
In accordance with 62 O.S. 2021, § 354, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District Number 333 of Cotton County, Oklahoma, will receive bids by: sealed bid, facsimile bid, electronic (Parity®) bid or similar secure electronic bid on the 4th day of May, 2026, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., at the Administration Office, Big Pasture Public Schools, 1502 N. 10th Street, Randlett, Oklahoma, for the sale of $565,000 of General Obligation Building Bonds of said School District.
The bonds will be sold to the bidder bidding the lowest interest cost to the School District, and no bid of less than par and accrued interest will be considered.
The bonds will mature in annual installments beginning in 2027 and ending in 2036 and will bear interest at such rate or rates as shall be specified by the bidder.
Bidders may submit bids for all or any part of the bonds. All bids must be unconditional and submitted on forms provided by the School District.
The approving legal opinion of Bond Counsel will be furnished without cost to the purchaser of the bonds.
The School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
