NORTHEAST

Birch: March 1. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 50°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass hybrids fair on live shad and sassy shad around creek channels and points. Crappie good on jigs and minnows around coves and creek channels. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Chandler: March 1. Elevation is 4 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 52°F and stained. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure and standing timber. Crappie good on jigs around brush structure and docks. Channel catfish good on worms around docks. Report submitted by Jacob Harriet, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Copan: February 28. Elevation is .5 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 52°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on live bait, live shad, sunfish, and worms around shorelines. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and plastic baits around points and standing timber. Crappie fair on hair jigs, minnows, PowerBait, and tube jigs around brush structure. Report submitted by Lt. Eucha: March 1. Elevation is 5 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 51°F and clear. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, and plastic baits around brush structure, flats, shorelines, and weed beds. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, dough bait, and worms around docks and shorelines. Grand: March 1. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 52°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, and plastic baits around brush structure, docks, points, and shorelines. Crappie fair on hair jigs and jigs around brush structure and docks. Paddlefish good snagging around main lake. Report submitted by Riley Willman, game warden stationed in Delaware County.

Greenleaf: February 27. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 46°F and clear. Largemouth bass fair on bill baits, jerk baits, lipless baits, plastic baits, and worms around brush structure, creek channels, docks, main lake, and points. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows, and slabs around brush structure, creek channels, and docks. Report submitted by Dylan Langford, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.

Hudson: March 1. Elevation is 1.5 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 48°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, flukes, in-line spinnerbaits, jerk baits, and plastic baits below the dam and creek channels. Crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs, and minnows around brush structure, docks, and main lake. Blue catfish fair on shad below the dam, flats, and points. Keystone: March 2. Elevation is 3 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 54°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, in-line spinnerbaits, jerk baits, lipless baits, plastic baits, and small lures around brush structure and main lake. Blue and channel catfish fair on live bait around main lake. Crappie good on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Lower Illinois River: February 27. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 63°F and clear. Rainbow trout good on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, PowerBait, small lures, and worms below the dam, shallows, and shorelines. Comments: As of 02-26-26, water flow from Tenkiller lake has ceased due to problem with leakage from dam. Report submitted by Jerry Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Oologah: March 1. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 45°F and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits around creek channels and river channel. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait, shad, and sunfish around channels and main lake. Crappie fair on grubs, hair jigs, and minnows around brush structure. Report submitted by Dartanion Tilley, game warden stationed in Nowata County.

Skiatook: March 1. Elevation is 5 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 47°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Crappie good on jigs around channels, coves, creek channels, and standing timber. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Tenkiller: February 27. Elevation is 7 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 46°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver and cut bait around main lake and river channel. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on Alabama rigs, bill baits, jerk baits, and plastic baits around brush structure and channels. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and main lake. Comments: The lake remains very low, exposing numerous hazards. Boaters should be cautious of hazards on and just below the surface. Webbers Falls: February 27. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 46°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on jerk baits, lipless baits, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, creek channels, points, and river channel. Saugeye good on jigs, live bait, sassy shad, and small lures around river channel, river mouth, and rocks. Blue catfish fair on cut bait, goldfish, and shad around dam, main lake, river channel, river mouth, and standing timber. NORTHWEST

Canton: March 1. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 49°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) White bass slow on crankbaits and jigs around rocks. Walleye fair on jigs around dam and rocks. Report submitted by Jaylen Flynn, game warden stationed in Blaine County.

Foss: March 1. Elevation is normal and falling, water temperature 49°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and smallmouth bass, striped bass hybrids, crappie, and walleye slow on crankbaits, flukes, and minnows around brush structure, dam, main lake, riprap, and river channel. Channel and flathead catfish slow on cut bait, live shad, minnows, and shrimp. Comments: Fishing is slow at Foss Lake, late afternoon and evening fishing is the best. SOUTHEAST

Arbuckle: February 28. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 51°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and jigs around creek channels and main lake. Channel catfish fair on cut bait and shad around creek channels and points. Bluegill, green, and redear sunfish slow on crickets around coves and docks. Broken Bow: March 4. Elevation is 8 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 57°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass good on Alabama rigs, bill baits, crankbaits, flukes, in-line spinnerbaits, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, channels, coves, creek channels, flats, points, river mouth, shallows, and standing timber. Crappie good on grubs, hair jigs, jigs, and minnows around brush structure, points, shallows, shorelines, and standing timber. White bass good on grubs, in-line spinnerbaits, and plastic baits around channels, creek channels, river channel, and river mouth.
