The Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 129 East Colorado, Walters, OK.
Brittany and Dalton Tyler request a variance on the south side setback required to build a new carport. The carport will be 20 feet forward from the front build line located at 515 East Washington.
Legal Description of the Property: LT 21-24 BLK 2 HOUGH ADD 4.00 Lots
Property owners within 300 feet are hereby notified of the said meeting. Comments, questions or protests shall be directed in writing at least 10 days prior to said meeting, and be addressed to City Hall, P.O. Box 485, Walters, OK 73572. The hearing is open to the public.
