NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF A PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND A JUDICIAL DETERMINATION OF THE HEIRS AT LAW, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF THE DECEDENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Beverly Jean Maddox, deceased, that on the 6th day of March, KIMBERLY BURDEN produced and filed in the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent dated August 27, 2011, along with a Petition for Probate of Will (and requests for related relief) praying that the same be admitted to probate, the Letters Testamentary be issued to KIMBERLY BURDEN as the Personal Representative of the estate, and that this Court determine who are the heirs at law, devisees and legatees of the Decedent at the time of her death.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN THAT THE 30th day of March 2026, at the hour of 10:00 am., of that day, has been appointed a the time for hearing the Petition in the District Court of Cotton County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same by filing written opposition thereto.
