ORDER FOR THE HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND A JUDICIAL DETERMINATION OF THE HEIRS AT LAW, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF THE DECEDENT
NOW, on this 6th day of March, 2026, the above matter comes on hearing as a result of the filing of an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Beverly Jean Maddox, deceased, (sometimes herein referred to as the Decedent), dated on august 27, 2011, along with a Petition for Probate of Will (and requests for related relief) that the same be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to KIMBERLY BURDEN as the Personal Representative of this estate, and that the Court determine who are the heirs at law, devisees and legatees of the Decedent at the time of their death.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the said Petition for Probate of Will (and requests for related relief) be and the same is hereby set for the hearing on the 30th day of March at the hour of 10:00 am in the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT notice of the hearing be given by mailing a notice to be named personal representative(s), heir(s) at law, legatee(s) and/or devisee(s) named in the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent at their last known place of residence as required by 58 O.S.A §§ 25 AND 26.
