Ordinance No. 603 – Penalties for Damaging Public Utilities

The Walters City Council adopted Ordinance No. 603, modifying penalties for tampering with or damaging public utilities.
The ordinance requires offenders to pay fines and all costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged utilities. These penalties will be assessed in addition to existing municipal fines.
The ordinance was adopted March 3, 2026.
