On March 5, 2026, a Petition for Probate of Will and Appointment of Administrator with Will Annexed was filed requesting that the Last Will and Testament of Peggy Sue Brooks, dated June 19, 1998, be admitted to probate.
The petition requests the appointment of Ann Marie Matz as Personal Representative of the estate and asks the Court to determine the heirs at law, devisees, and legatees.
