The town of Temple will be accepting bids on the following real properties
PROPERTY #1- L 6-8 BLK 12 of East Temple – minimum requried bid $802.
PROPERTY #2 – L 1-2 BLK 12 of A & F Addition – minimum requried bid $6,000.
PROPERTY #3 – L 4-6 BLK 22 of Temple Real – minimum required bid $6,500.
PROPERTY #4 – L 7 BLK 22 of Temple Real – minimum required bid $1,000.
PROPERTY #5 – L 8-9 BLK 22 of Temple Real – minimum required bid $2,000.
Bids may not be combined; each property should be bid separately.
SEALED BIDS must be CLEARLY MARKED on the OUTSIDE OF ENVELOPE as PROPERTY #1, PROPERTY #2, PROPERTY #3, PROPERTY #4, or PROPERTY #5, and received by 4:30 p.m. March 12, 2026.
Bids may be sent to Town Clerk at P.O. Box 40, Temple, OK 73568 or dropped off at the Town Offices at 123 N. Commercial.
Bids will be opened at the March 16th Board of Trustees meeting. Upon award of bid, winning bidder must remit payment by April 16, 2026.
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Temple reserves the authority to accept or reject any or all bids.
