The Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, March 23, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 129 E. Colorado, Walters, OK.
Terry Mason has requested a variance on the west side of the property facing Third Street. He is asking to place a shop in the side yard that would extend 20 feet forward of the front build line located at 321 North Third Street.
Legal Description of the Property: Lt 13-18 Block 59 WADD 4.00 Lots
Property owner within 300 feet are hereby notified of the said meeting.
Comments, questions or protests shall be directed in writing at least 10 days prior to said meeting, and be addressed to City Hall, P.O.Box 485, Walters, OK 73572.
