On Thursday, February 19th, the City Manager Matt LaFee and Walters Electrical Supervisor Roger Noland met with contractors and engineers to discuss the upcoming Substation and Electrical Capacitor Enhancement Project.
This $4.3 million project, funded through Community Project Funding secured by Congressman Tom Cole’s office, is a major investment in Walters’ electrical infrastructure. Once completed, it will strengthen system reliability and support community and economic growth for many years to come.
We are excited to move forward with this important project as we continue working to enhance the quality of life for residents and community.
Progress is happening in Walters!
