The Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, March 23, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 129 E. Colorado, Walters, OK.
Michael Tai See has requested a variance on the west side of the property. He is asking to place a deck at the back of his house that has a carport attached to it. The carport will extend 15 feet forward of the side build line located at 302 E. Colorado. This would put his new carport in line with the existing carports that have previously been approved.
Legal Description of the Property: Lt 9-11 BLK 73 WADD 3.00 Lots
Property owners within 300 feet are hereby notified of the said meeting. Comments, question, or protests shall be directed in writing at least 10 days prior to said meeting, and be addressed to City Hall, P.O. Box 485, Walters, OK 73572, The hearing is open to the public.
