NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN AND CREDITORS OF JOEL MACK WYATT AND CAROLYN SUE WYATT:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estates of Joel Mack Wyatt and Carolyn Sue Wyatt, both deceased, that Thomas David Roberts, Jr. has filed a Petition praying for the issuance of Letters of Administration in said estates and that he be appointed Personal Representative of said estates, and further praying that the heirs of Joel Mack Wyatt a/k/a Joe Mack Wyatt, Sr., a/k/a Joel Wyatt and Carolyn Sue Wyatt a/k/a Sue Wyatt, both deceased, be judicially determined.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made this day, Notice is hereby given that the 5th day of March, 2026, at 1:30 o’clock p.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition before the Honorable Michael C. Flanagan in the Cotton County Courthouse located at 301 N. Broadway Street, Walters, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same if they so desire.
