NOTICE OF HEARING
PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of LINDA LOUISE LOGAN, Deceased, that JAMES WADE LOGAN has this day filed a petition praying for Letters of Administration on said estate to be granted to him, and further praying that a determination of the identities of the heirs at law of the decedent be made at the initial hearing.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made this day, notice is hereby given that the 16th day of February, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing of said Petition before the Honorable Judge Michael C. Flanagan in the Cotton County Courthouse located at 301 N. Broadway Street, Walters, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same if they so desire.
