Enrollment Saturday At Cameron; Spring Classes Start January 12

New, continuing or returning students are encouraged to take advantage of Enrollment Saturday, a walk-in event scheduled for Saturday, January 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Lawton campus of Cameron University.

Participants can go to the first floor of North Shepler Tower, located in the Shepler Center, where they will find assistance in the areas of admissions, financial aid, veterans’ educational benefits, academic advising and transcripts. The Shepler Center is located off Elsie Hamm Blvd. east of 38th Street; ample parking is available.

Additionally, the Student Accounts office, located in the Administration Building, and the Bookstore, located in the McMahon Centennial Complex, will be open to serve students.

“Here at Cameron, we want to meet students where they are in their education journey,” says Dr. Joy Hamm, Vice President for Enrollment Management. “Enrollment Saturday is a great way to make sure you have completed all the tasks necessary to finalize your spring enrollment. We look forward to meeting new Aggies as well as assisting any continuing students who may have questions or concerns.”

Spring classes begin on Monday, January 12, so there is still time to apply for admission. Cameron offers a variety of associate, bachelor’s and master’s programs. For more information about degrees, majors and microcredentials, please visit https://www.cameron.edu/academics/degrees-majors or, after offices re-open on January 5, visit the Office of Admissions located on the second floor of North Shepler during office hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday). Representatives can also be reached by calling 580-581-2289 or by sending an email to admissions@cameron.edu.

If you are thinking about beginning or returning to college this spring, Cameron University wants to help. Call 580-581-2289 if you plan to attend in Lawton or 580-581-5950 if you are interested in the CU-Duncan campus.
