IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARY LOU TULLOH, a/k/a MARY L. TULLOH, Deceased.

Combined Notice To Creditors And Of Hearing Upon Petition For Appointment Of Co-Special Administrators, Admission Of Will To Probate, Summary Administration, And Upon Petition For Determination Of Heirship, Distribution And Discharge

All creditors having claims against MARY LOU TULLOH, a/k/a MARY L. TULLOH, deceased, are hereby required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to PETER DAVID TULLOH, Special Administrator of said estate, c/o WILLIAM A. GOSSETT, Attorney at Law, East Court Center, 122 South 11th Street, Suite 100, Duncan, OK 73533-4706, on or before the following presentment date: January 18, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.

All persons interested in the estate of MARY LOU TULLOH, a/k/a MARY L. TULLOH, deceased (the “Decedent”), are hereby given notice of the following:

  1. The name, address and date of death of the Decedent are Mary Lou Tulloh, a/k/a Mary L. Tulloh, 6916 Sanctuary Heights Rd., Ft. Worth, TX 76132, date of death July 8, 2012.
  2. The name and address of the Petitioner is Peter David Tulloh, 267301 E 1820 Rd., Walters, OK 73572.
  3. The Decedent left a Last Will and Testament, bearing date of December 22, 1987, a First Codicil of Mary Lou Tulloh, bearing date of December 30, 1987, and a Second Codicil of Mary Lou Tulloh, bearing date of July 26, 1994. (The Last Will and Testament, the First Codicil and the Second Codicil are collectively referred to herein as the “Decedent’s Will,” the originals of which have been admitted to probate in the Probate Court No. Two of Tarrant County, Texas in Cause No. 2012-PRO1745-2). The Petitioner has been appointed as Special Administrator of the Decedent’s estate, for the reason that the Petitioner named as such in the Decedent’s Will.
  4. The total value of the estate of the Decedent, as set forth in the petition on file herein, is less than $200,000.00.
  5. The names, last-known addresses, ages and relationships of all of the personal representatives, heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent so far as known to your Petitioner, are as follows:

  1. The hearing on the petition for probate of will and for summary administration and upon the petition for determination of heirship, distribution and discharge will be held before the Honorable Michael J. Flanagan, Associate District Judge, on the 16th day of February, 2026, at 1:30 o’clock p. m., in the Cotton County Courthouse, Walters, Oklahoma.
  2. The Petitioner has requested that at such hearing the Court determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent.
  3. The persons receiving this notice who wish to file an objection to such petition must file such objection in the office of the Cotton County Court Clerk at any time prior to the hearing date set forth above and send a copy of such objection to the Special Administrator, in care of his attorney named below, or such persons will be deemed to have waived any objections to the petition.
  4. If an objection is filed to the petition at any time prior to the hearing date, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the will attached to the petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
  5. The claim of any creditor not shown in the petition will be barred unless such claim is presented to the Special Administrator, at the address of their attorney as set forth above, no later than thirty (30) days following the filing of the order admitting the petition and this combined notice in this case.
