Chevy Kay Muirhead was born October 24, 1994, in Lawton, OK, and departed this life on October 29, 2025, at the age of 30 years and 5 days.
Chevy grew up in the Walters area, graduating from Walters High School in 2013. She played softball and was active in FFA, where she showed animals and built friendships that lasted her entire life. She went on to attend college and later pursued a career in healthcare.
Chevy loved music, photography, and spending time outdoors. She had a great sense of humor and a heart for helping others.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Muirhead, and grandparents, Billy and Faye Thomas.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Thomas, of Walters; sisters, Cambrynn and Makenzy Muirhead; and many extended family members and friends.
