City Manager Matt LaFee had the honor of attending the Cotton County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 4, where they were once again reminded of the incredible generosity of our Local Farmers and Agriculture Leaders. Pictured with the Farm Bureau Board of Directors, we are proud to highlight their remarkable contributions:
• In December, the Cotton County Farm Bureau donated $7,500 to support the Walters Splash Pad fundraiser.
• In addition, Jeff Baumann generously gave $2,500 of his own, helping us take another big step toward making this project a reality.
This is a shining example of how our farmers and businesses give back to the communities they love. The City of Walters is proud to support our farmers and deeply appreciates the hard work, dedication, and economic impact they bring to Cotton County.
