The Grand National Horseman Association wrapped up their 52nd annual playday finals in Duncan at the Stephens County Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 19. Competitors came from all over southwest Oklahoma and north Texas for the eight day event. Participants ranged in age from 4 to 89 and competed in eight different horseback events to test both the speed and agility of horse and rider. The top position in each age division is awarded a saddle with second through fourth being awarded various tack prizes. The GNHA has seven active districts across Oklahoma and Texas.
