A Big THANK YOU to the Comanche Academy Summer Youth Workers and the Comanche Nation for their incredible support following this year’s 72nd Annual Comanche Homecoming Powwow!
Today, several Comanche teenagers came out to Sultan Park and worked hard to clean up trash and debris after a truly amazing and successful weekend celebration. Their efforts help keep our park beautiful and our community strong!
We’re deeply grateful to the Comanche Nation for continuing to host this treasured annual event right here in Walters and to the youth who are learning the value of service and tradition through programs like the Comanche Academy.
