It’s Rodeo time! The RODEO PARADE will be THURSDAY, JULY 17! Line up for the parade will be at 4:30 pm at the southeast corner of Broadway and Nevada (in front of the school gym), except for riding clubs and horses. They will line up at the Train Depot as usual at 4:30 pm. Parade starts at 5:00 pm.
There will also be cash prizes for BEST DRESSED COWBOY, COWGIRL, NATIVE AMERICAN BOY AND NATIVE AMERICAN GIRL!! Judging will be at 4:00 pm at the picnic table by the Walters School Gym on Broadway and Nevada for all entries except Riding Clubs. Riding Clubs are to line up at the Train Depot at Nevada and 6th Street.
We encourage EVERYONE—BUSINESS PEOPLE, KIDS, GRANDMA & GRANDPA—to get out those boots, spurs and hats to dress all out for the 63RD WALTERS ROUND-UP CLUB RODEO PARADE AND RODEO!
The Walters Round-Up Club Rodeo will be held July 17th, 18th & 19th, 2025 at 8:00 pm nightly, as well as The Comanche Homecoming PowWow, July 17th, 18th & 19th.
