Cotton County did well at the recent annual Lawton Farmers Market Art Show at the Leslie Powell Gallery in Lawton. Local artist Katy Kinder won 1st on her painting “Hay Bales Under the New Moon”. Cotton County Art Council member Pattie Calfy won 2nd on her photograph “Wheat, Water, and Wildflowers”. CCAC member Robert Wright had a unique 3D painting called “The Prize” in the show also. The show will be on display at the Gallery through the month of August.
