Representative Trey Caldwell (R-District 63) recently spoke to the Walters Rotary Club and provided an overview of the major legislation passed during the recent session. Rep. Caldwell’s District includes Comanche, Cotton, Kiowa and Tillman counties. He currently serves as the House Appropriations Chair. Rep.
