Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure, coves, and standing timber. Comments: Fishing this week is tough. Water levels are very high and stained, making the fishing tougher. Patches of clean water are hard to find. Striper are good some days and tougher the next. No consistency with the rising water levels. Catfish are okay near river mouths, creeks and channels. Crappie are slow around docks with brush piles. Lots of debris out on the water right now. I highly suggest taking your time if you get on the water.
